Employment: Contract
Admin Assistant will be Responsible for any business trip and hotel booking for employees as well as the management
In charge of the submission of monthly and annual leave balance, ticket issuance, and invoices of the company
Assist and apply employee visa application in any application centre in Dubai for a business trip
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any relevant field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same role
Must have own database of any service providers
Must have ticketing, hotel and visa experience
Excellent organizational and time-management skillsa.
