Job description / Role
Summary: The person is responsible for creating & nurturing corporate relationships with developers & other companies in UAE & help in property manangement.
• Develop, build, and manage developer relations to onboard new projects for rentals.
• Oversee the sales process at each stage starting from onboarding of new projects, negotiations, renting and property management
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of onboarded projects.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help develop the brand.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the developers & clients
• Partner with the marketing and advertising units heads to work out strategies and plans for developing the business vertical
Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements –
• Females candidates are preferred
• Excellent in Verbal communication, presentation and mediating skills
• Should be smart, confident, Enthusiastic, Self-motivated
• MBA would be preferred
• 5 – 8 years of experience into corporate business development
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
