Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading global engineering and construction company that is looking to a hire a Legal Counsel with 5 – 10 years’ experience to play a key role in relation to legal work for the business’s in the UAE and broader Middle East. The role would be to work closely with the senior management, legal team and stakeholders in the company in the UAE and wider Middle East.

The role will be as Lawyer in relation to the company’s construction projects and disputes in the UAE and Middle East. The role will be a main point of contact for legal support, covering commercial, contractual, corporate, disputes matters relating to an engineering and construction company activities.

Requirements

The client is looking to bring on board a bilingual Arabic and English legal counsel with 5 – 10 years’ experience, located in the UAE with construction sector market experience. The successful candidate will have experience in engineering and construction work and becoming from either a leading in-house or law firm background.
As a global corporation they are looking to hire a high calibre individual and there is a competitive remuneration on offer for a strong candidate.
