Job Description
The Job profile includes the following and there other duties might be assigned:
Developing, preparing & presenting DFM presentation for School, universities visits
Coordinates Training Activities
Inviting participants for training allocated
Preparing training calendar
Coordinating with Division / Department heads the attendance of invited participants
Coordinating with different training venues to ensure training delivery
Prepare attendance sheets, training evaluation & reports
Handling, planning Annual Summer Training Event
Developing, preparing & presenting DFM presentation for School, universities visits
Prepares DFM field visits
Handling all DFM internships
Delivering presentations about DFM when required
Planning & Developing Stock Game
Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation
Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements
Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
Assist in the Recruitment Process by screening CVS, calling candidates & Inviting Interview Panel Member
