Facility Management Head Mechanical – CG resourcing

Required to join a contractor working with government and military clients in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the FM on major portfolios. This will include ensuring building maintenance and other services are completed efficiently, carrying out site audits and management inspections, managing services contracts and the work of contractors and controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budget.

Requirements
To apply candidates should meet the following criteria
A degree in Mechanical Engineering
15 years post graduate experience working in facilities management
A proven track record of managing large FM projects in the UAE
MUST be based in the UAE
Familiar with CAFM
Fluency in Arabic is desirable
