Job Description
Finance Manager Responsibilities :
· Monitor day-to-day financial operations.
· Preparing and interpreting reports, budgets and financial statements and recommending further course of action.
· Track company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
· Maintain financial health of the organization.
· Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting in strategic planning
· Controlling cash flow, managing income and expenses.
· Budgeting and costing
· Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk.
· Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
· Provide insightful information and reports to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
· Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
· Present financial reports to top management and stakeholders during meetings.
· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Skills
Requirements :
· Proven experience as an Finance / Accounts Manager
· Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Finance or Accounting; CA is a plus point
· Nationality : Indian preferable
· Age group : Below 45 preferable
· 5-15 years of experience in accounting
· Excellent written and verbal english communication skills.
· Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
· Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
· Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and other Accounting tools.
