Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Logistics Coordinator will be responsible of Receive and check deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
Monitor material transport and delivery for timeliness and legality
Verify, review, and reconcile documents and reports about inventory
Complete and verify paperwork and documentation
Assist peers as required (coordinate meetings, training, etc.)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Enter the daily data from drillers timesheets into computer system
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Streamline shipping and transportation processes

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any Chinese speaker candidate
Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
At least 2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
