PRO up to 8k for a Dental Clinic in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide an effective and quality level of service related to all visa issues
• Guide and advise staff on all PRO matters, develop and implement procedures and work routines
• Process visa applications for new and existing employees
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed
• Arrange medicals and visa stamping for employees
• Issue of renewed work permit labor cards and all matters relating to this area (i.e. lost cards)
• Ensure that no penalties are imposed by the authorities in relation to the above
• Renewal of Commercial Registration, Chamber of Commerce and Municipality certificates
• Arrange for different types of permits (work permit, Site Accesses/ Gate passes, etc.)
Requirements
• POSITION: Public Relations Officer
• HIRING COMPANY: Dental Clinic
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality; preferably INDIAN
• Male, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Management, Communications or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of similar working experience in healthcare/medical clinic in Dubai
• Well versed with Labour & Visa, DHA, MOH, Dubai Municipality, FANR, Free zone (DMCC), Civil Defense, Company Trade Licenses, etc.
• Excellent in making reports, PowerPoint, and should be familiar with online portals
• Must be extremely well organized and pro-active
• Preferably with UAE Driving License and with own car
• Excellent written and communication skills
