Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Prepare Technical Specification, Functional Specification for projects under assigned domains by self and in coordination with vendors, business analyst etc.
• Responsible for development/support of assigned applications, components or integration modules for projects required
• Responsible for technical support of applications assigned
• Manage SIT/UAT environments for the assigned applications
• Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously without impacting project timelines
• Provide second and third line support for assigned applications
• Follow-up and track service tickets/project assignments, coordinate with vendor for support issues to close it in time
• Perform the ad-hoc requests and provide flexible time as when required on professional grounds
• Perform tasks related to audit and compliance with highest priority
• Domain knowledge of respective business units (Custody and Wealth)
