Waiter / Waitress The Cove Rotana Resort, We’re currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated Food & Beverage professionals. As a Waiter / Waitress you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
The Cove Responsibility
Greet set customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalised way
Acquire in depth knowledge about different foods and beverages menu of the assigned outlet in order to help guests.
monitor quality of foods and beverages being served.
Practice good customer relations and attend to customers complaints
maintaning hygiene and cleanness standards environment
to ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
using up selling techniques to satisfy guest expectations and increse revenue
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You must have a diploma / degree in hospitality or a vocational training in food & beverage with previous experiences as a Waiter / Waitress in a high volume restaurant.
