Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
UAE national, L&D professional, with experience in the creation and execution of policies and processes.

Your new company
I am representing a well respected public sector organisation based in Abu Dhabi, who are currently looking to hire a Unit Head of Learning and Development, with a strong background in L&D, HR and the creation of policies.

Please note that this position requires a UAE National due to nationalisation quotas, therefore applications from non-UAE nationalities cannot be considered.

Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, will be responsible for leading and developing all L&D employees, designing and implementing the entire L&D strategy, working with all heads of departments across the business to develop medium and long term L&D goals whilst identifying and enhancing Emiritisation learning outcomes. It will be important for you to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the management team, communicating and ensuring the L&D mission aligns with the strategic direction of the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
You will need to have circa. 8 years experience within learning and development and HR, at least 3 of those at a senior level. You will have knowledge of creating L&D policies and processes from scratch, with proven experience of execution within a pressurised, fast paced environment.
