myUFL Login & Register : Helpful GatorLink Guide and UFL Portal Access MyUFL is the access to a number of online services and corporate-wide programmes at the University of Florida.

myUFL Login & Register : Helpful GatorLink Guide and UFL Portal Access

Access to campus systems, such as myUFL, One UF, UF wireless, and many others, requires a GatorLink account. There must be a GatorLink username and password for each active student.

You must consent to UF Acceptable Access Policies in order to use GatorLink. Students will receive official university communications via the UF email address provided by GatorLink.

GatorLink is required to log into UF Canvas as well.

How to log into myUFL

 

  1. Navigate to my.ufl.edu
  2. Click on the “Access myUFL” link.
  3. Enter your GatorLink username.
  4. Enter your password to log in.

How to create your gatorlink account

  1. Go to login.ufl.edu
  2. Click Create Account on the right
  3. Enter UFID/Last Name/DOB
  4. If you did not receive or have forgotten your invitation code, go here and follow the instructions to Resend the GatorLink invitation
  5. Complete the remaining steps
  6. If you receive an error message saying your information does not match, contact dess@ahc.ufl.edu for assistance.

Once your account has been set up, it is advised that you have a password hint on hand. If you forget your password in the future, you can do the following online:

  1. Visit to www.my.ufl.edu
  2. Login with your Gatorlink username and password
  3. Select Main Menu > My Account > Store My Password Hint.

How to reset myUFL passwordForgot Password

  1. Navigate to account.it.ufl.edu
  2. Click ‘Forgot Your Password
  3. Click ‘Self-Service Reset
  4. Enter your UFID and GatorLink ID
  5. Enter your month and day of birth (MM/DD)
  6. Choose a contact method for receiving a one-time-use verification code (phone- text or voice call and email)
  7. Enter Verification Code
  8. Read the overview of the “Acceptable Use Policy,” follow the link in the first paragraph to read the whole policy.
  9. When done, click ‘Accept & Continue’.
  10. Enter your new password, for password guidelines and other helpful information, which can be found on the Password Tips page.
  11. Don’t forget to update your password on your mobile devices (cellphone, laptop, tablet, etc.).

How to change your UF password

  1. Navigate to account.it.ufl.edu
  2. Click ‘Change Your Password
  3. Log in with your GatorLink ID and current password.
  4. Read the overview of the “Acceptable Use Policy,” follow the link in the first paragraph to read the whole policy.
  5. When done, click ‘Accept & Continue’.
  6. Enter your new password, for password guidelines and other helpful information, which can be found on the Password Tips page.
